Payment Options
We offer our customers a wide array of payment options including PayPal, credit card and bank transfer to pay for their DNA tests. If you encounter any problems with payment please contact us directly and we’ll be more than happy to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Credit Card
The easiest and quickest method to pay for your test is by credit card. The test can be ordered securely online with your Visa and Mastercard.
When making payment online with your credit card you can be assured that the transaction is 100% secure and encrypted through state of the art SSL encryption.
If you require assistance making the payment, you can also call our office on (1) 800-848-8593 and the order can be processed directly over the phone through our Customer Service team.
PayPal Payment
If you would like to make a payment through PayPal, then you have to send an email to [email protected] advising us what test you want to order and the email address to send you the PayPal payment request.
Direct Bank Transfer
For payment direct to our bank account, we request that you email us directly, and we will forward the necessary banking details depending on your location.
Once you have made the electronic fund transfer, please email us a copy of the proof of payment, as well as details on the type of test you require. In addition, also include your name, full address, telephone number and email address.
Once we confirm the payment in our account, your order will be processed by the team.
